Description of rubber kneader

Highlights:

1. The rotor is coated with hard chrome alloy, quenched and polished (12-15 mm). Reasonably design the helix angle of the rotor and the working length of the wing to obtain the best kneading effect. The wing ridge and the rotor end face are welded with wear-resistant hard alloy. The mixing chamber that is in direct contact with the material, the wear surface of the rotor and the upper plunger are polished after grinding and hard chrome plating.

2. The mixing chamber consists of a W-shaped main body welded with high-quality steel plates and two side plates. The chamber, rotor and piston plunger are all jacketed structures, used to input steam, oil and water for heating and cooling to meet the various requirements of the mixing and plasticizing process.

3. The motor reducer adopts hardened tooth surface gear, which has extremely low noise, can reduce vibration and friction, and can save electricity by 20%. It is highly efficient and has a long service life of -20 years.

4. The PLC control system adopts Mitsubishi or Omron. Electrical parts adopt ABB or American brands. It can be used to switch between automatic mode and manual mode. When the power supply stops suddenly, you can manually unload the material without wasting your material.

5. The hydraulic tilting mechanism has the advantages of fast discharging and an inclination angle of 140°. The hydraulic steering device adopts an envelope worm pair, which has high efficiency and high bearing strength. The discharge of materials can be performed continuously without stopping, avoiding frequent starting of the motor.

6. The chamber is sealed with an arc-shaped plate groove labyrinth structure, and the rotor shaft end adopts a contact-type non-lubricating spring fastening structure.

7. The temperature is controlled and regulated by the electrical control system.

8. The pneumatic system can prevent the motor from being damaged due to the overload of the chamber.
