Composition
 
Mixing room:
 
It consists of a "W"-shaped main body and two side plates. The two side plates are made of high-quality steel plates through extrusion molding and welding, and are raised to absorb the flow of cooling water or steam. Its inner wall is plated with hard chrome.
 
Thermal resistance:
 
The middle part of the chamber bottom has a plug-in thermal resistance, which can be connected to the electrical system to check and display the temperature.
 
Rotor:
 
It is specially designed for Banbury type hollow blades. The cavity is connected to the axial hole of the rotor shaft used as a cooling or heating channel. The top edge of the blade and the end face of the rotor shaft are surface welded with cobalt-based cemented carbide, then polished, then plated with hard chrome and polished.
 
Cooling/heating system:
 
Use a common piping system. The cooling water/steam/medium oil is introduced into the cavity of the rotor wing, mixing chamber and plunger in three ways to cool or heat the material in a circulating way.
 
Tilt mechanism:
 
It consists of a rotor with brake, cycloid gear reducer, TP type worm and worm gear. It can drive a mixing chamber tilted 140° around the front rotor.
 
Dust-proof sealing device:
 
At the junction between the top of the mixing chamber and the cantilever of the frame, a dust-proof seal assembly with an arc-shaped slotted part is used to achieve an excellent and reliable sealing purpose.
 
The end face of the rotor is sealed through the end face contact seal without oil lubrication, and has good sealing performance, wear resistance and durability.
 
Main drive system:
 
It consists of a main motor, a reducer and a connected gear box to drive two rotor shafts to rotate in opposite directions at different or same speeds.
 
Pneumatic control system:
 
The PLC commands the bidirectional hydraulic cylinder to drive the plunger to move up and down. If the hybrid is overloaded, the plunger will automatically float to prevent the motor from overloading. If necessary, the plunger can be lifted manually.

Specification:
 
1. The plastic material is refined or mixed and refined under the air-tight plastic pressure, with high production efficiency, low labor intensity and stable quality. The two-side rotor shear type, the plastic that can be completely torn during the production process makes the material shear well, and achieves dispersion and uniformity.
 
2. The edge of the rotor peak is covered with wear-resistant hard alloy, and the mixing rubber chamber and the contact material part are finely polished with hard chrome plating. The mixing chamber adopts a jacketed structure, which can extract water/steam/medium oil, has a good cooling or heating effect, and is suitable for various plastic mixing process requirements.
 
3. Feeding from the back door, the mixing chamber can be turned over 140° to discharge forward, and the process angle can be adjusted arbitrarily according to customer requirements to facilitate the next process connection.
