Rubber batch-off machine is the downstream auxiliary to the mixer or the dispersion mixer. It is used for cooling, folding and depositing the rubber film that comes from the open mills or twin screw extruder. It is designed to perform continuous operations of rubber slab conveying, separate applying, air cooling, drying, cutting and wig-wag stacking.
After kneading, mixing, the rubber material has been pressed to be hot rubber strip/sheet.
