Application:
PVC belt Hor Vulcanizing Press Jointing Machine is used for Jointing / Splicing PVC belt. The machine body is made of Aluminum Alloy, has the advantage of high strength and light weight,
PVC belt jointing machine has fast heating speed and use air fast cooling after finishing jointing.
Main features:
1. It takes 5 minutes to heat up to 172℃,and takes 3 minutes to cool down to 60℃.temperature error below 2℃,
completely meets the requirement of the belt joint.
2. Balloon adding pressure:0-3.0kg adjustable.
3. Intelligent digital display control: automatic heating, automatic temperature control, automatically cut off power supply.
4. Pump water pump, use conveniently;
5. Two machined stainless platen, the beams are firm, durable and no distortion.
