Machine brief introduction:
This kind Rubber tile making machine is mainly used for making tile from rubber powder or other granules, it's a down-stroke press with four-column structure. Fully automatic PLC control makes it easy operated and high accuracy.
High production efficiency by double-way mold sliding system. It can fix two molds, one for molding meanwhile another feeding & take out product.
The normal thickness of rubber brick is 10/15/20/25/30/40/50mm, length*width: 500*500mm and 1000*1000mm. The most important thing is that choose the correct vulcanizing press with the right pressure to produce the rubber bricks with the different thickness, in order to ensure that the rubber bricks have good density and high quality.
