The cleaning brusher’s lifting is controlled by hydraulic control which can keep the pressure between the brush and platen constant. The cleaning machine with stainless steel fender can automatic uniform velocity moving in in a straight line, can cleaning the up heating platen and the down heating platen. Cleaning ability is high and will not damage the heating platen.
The machine adopts remote monitoring control to ensure the operator’s safety. The old disc type abrasive cloth cleaning machine wastes time and energy and makes the platen sags and crests, this cleaning machine can overcome these shortcomings. This machine can both remove debris and maintain platen. Brushes rotate and machine parallel move, This action can clean anf polish the platen.
