basic introduction
Rubber vulcanization press is suitable for vulcanization and compression molding of various rubbers (natural rubber, EPDM rubber, NBR rubber, synthetic rubber, silicone rubber ext.).

Configuration
Mixing room:
It consists of a "W"-shaped main body and two side plates. The two side plates are made of high-quality steel plates through extrusion molding and welding, and are raised to absorb the flow of cooling water or steam. Its inner wall is plated with hard chrome.
Thermal resistance:
There is a plug-in thermal resistance in the middle part of the bottom of the chamber, which can be connected to the electrical system to check and display the temperature.
Rotor:
Specially designed for Banbury hollow blades. The cavity is connected to the axial hole of the rotor shaft used as a cooling or heating channel. The top edge of the blade and the end face of the rotor shaft are surface welded with cobalt-based cemented carbide, then polished, then plated with hard chrome and polished.
Cooling/heating system:
In the mixing operation, the general piping system is used to cool or heat the material. Through this system, cooling water or steam is fed to the cavity of the rotor blade in three ways, the mixing cavity and the ejector pin.
Tilt mechanism:
It consists of a rotor with brake, cycloid gear reducer, TP type worm and worm gear. It can drive the mixing chamber to tilt 140° around the front rotor.
Dustproof device:
At the junction between the top of the mixing chamber and the cantilever of the frame, a dustproof component with a curved slotted part is used to achieve an excellent and reliable sealing purpose.
The end face of the rotor is sealed through the end face contact seal without oil lubrication, and has good sealing performance, wear resistance and durability.
Main drive system:
This part is composed of main motor, reducer and connecting gear. It realizes odd-speed rotation of the rotors facing each other.
Pneumatic control system:
The pneumatic control system is controlled by XG commands. The bidirectional cylinder makes the ram rise or fall. If an overload occurs in the mixing chamber, the ejector rod can be automatically or manually raised as needed to prevent the motor from overloading.
Electrical control system:
The electrical control system adopts imported PLC equipment and electrical control components, and all imported products or technical products are used to improve the reliability of control.
